The USA 250 Tour Prize Bundle Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Moms for America ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate.
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Moms for America ("Sponsor").
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on July 31, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on August 31, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. The Sponsor's computer or clock shall be the official timekeeper for all matters related to this Sweepstakes.
Method 1 — Online Donation Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, make a donation of any amount to Moms for America at 1776club.us or through any official Moms for America donation page. Eligible donors will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Donations are not tax-deductible as a condition of entry. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of the number of donations made.
Method 2 — Free Online Entry (No Purchase or Donation Necessary): During the Sweepstakes Period, complete the free entry form on this page by providing your full name, email address, and mailing address. Limit one (1) entry per person.
Both methods of entry provide equal chances of winning. Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted across all methods of entry combined. Additional entries beyond the first will be void.
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of the "USA 250 Tour Prize Bundle":
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $175.00
The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not specifically stated herein.
On or about September 1, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where permitted by law, a Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to return the required documents within the specified time, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes, or any website associated with the Sweepstakes; who violates these Official Rules; or who acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, or any travel related thereto.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any technical or human error; (b) technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) entries that are late, lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
Personal information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Information collected will be used for the administration of this Sweepstakes, including contacting the winner and fulfilling the prize. Entry information will not be sold to third parties. By entering, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described herein and in the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate federal or state court located in the state in which the Sponsor's principal office is located. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of that state, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
For the name of the winner, available after September 15, 2026, send a request by email to moms@momsforamerica.net with the subject line "USA 250 Tour Winner Request." Requests must be received by October 1, 2026. The winner's name may also be posted on the Sponsor's website and social media channels.
